pop-up yoga event in denver

- Calling all LoDo Studio & Yoga Lovers -
Mark your calendars for this very special RiNo neighborhood event. ​Our studio has extended to the top floor, so we are hosting our first pop-up yoga event in our new loft-like LoDo Massage Studio Headquarters.
WHEN? Monday, October 10th
WHEN Exactly? Doors open at 9pm, then yoga starts at 9:15pm
WHERE? Â 3101 Walnut Street, Upstairs on the 3rd Floor Loft
HOW Much? $10 donation
WHAT? This Monday night, we'll be enjoying a 75-min evening vinyasa flow lead by instructor Alyson Ballow, LoDo's Studio Director and RYT. Â After getting your yoga on, we'll be hosting a social-hour/celebration of this incredible space we have newly moved into. This venue is located right in the heart of Denver's RiNo District, an up-and-coming community filled with inspiration and art of all kinds.
WHO? As a healer, it is important to find balance and peace in your own mind and body before sending that energy outward to others. That's why this Monday night class will be specialized for massage therapists and bodyworkers specifically! Working on proper alignment, breath-control, and poses that improve range of motion and flexibility. The entire Denver community is welcome to attend and celebrate that we are all SO incredibly lucky to have such talented body-workers and healers living amongst us. We truly appreciate all the heartfelt work our therapeutic healers share.Â
GOOD TO KNOW - Some yoga mats and other props will be available for use, but you are more than welcome to bring your own (and this may be appreciated depending on how many people show up.) Please wear something comfortable and easy to move in. Water is always beneficial to have handy. We have a full kitchen in this venue, so you're welcome to bring whatever snacks you want for the social hour afterwards.Â
PARKING is located off Walnut Street, past the studio, on the left, connected to The Walnut Room. There is also plenty of street parking on Walnut, 31st and all streets surrounding our location. There will be champagne served after class, so Lyft and Uber are always a great option as well!
