Jacey has been a licensed massage therapist for almost 4 years. She graduated top of her class, from Denver School of Massage Therapy, in 2013. Her parents turned to doctors and medications, with very little success. After years of searching for relief, Jacey got her first massage at the age of 12. She could feel the tension melt away and was fascinated by this method of healing. Jacey absolutely loves being a massage therapist and now seeks new ways to naturally heal the body everyday. Kalindi has been interested in Natural Health and Alternative Healing from an early age.  She made her first magical potion; a mixture of mud, grass and dandelions; in the backyard of her childhood home.  Next, she poured it out at the base of a tree and a 4 foot hybrid dandelion plant appeared a few weeks later. Kalindi's passion for healing sprouted from that moment.

She has studied Herbology and made her own medicines, completed  3 levels of Reiki, taught Reiki classes, trained and became certified as a Hypnotherapist, obtained a BA in Contemplative Psychology from Naropa University, received  Massage Therapy certification from MTIC in Denver and has been training with The Way of The Heart for 13 years.

Kalindi is entering her 9th year of Massage Therapy.  She combines multiple modalities customizing her sessions for each client.   Using her intuition and skill she will find your tight spots and massage them away.   A client once told Kalindi, "It's like your fingertips have eyeballs."

Modalities include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Joint Range of Motion, PNF stretching, Reiki, and Guided Visualization.

Kalindi's favorite color is turqouise, she loves a good joke, dancing, and peaches.
A little secret: she still enjoys swinging.

I'm coming up on my 4th year as a Massage Therapist and my favorite thing about massaging is being able to see and feel the way a persons body releases any physical or emotional pain that accumulates throughout our day to day events. I specialize in Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point and passive stretching techniques. I can give you the deep tissue massage your body is needing, or the relaxing and unwinding space you've been craving. I also love when my clients come in with fun playlists! As a Colorado "native" when I'm not massaging I'm hiking in the summer and vegging out in the winter, or spending time rescuing and renovating old furniture I find.

Kim was brought into the world of massage therapy through a traumatic car accident in 2008. After trying several options with no solution, she turned to massage and instantly felt relief. The trauma and constant lack of comfort in a car slowly started to fade. She decided at this time that she wanted to share with others the same relief that she received from this healing remedy. After graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health in Kansas City, MO in 2013, Kim started out on this path with wide open eyes, seeking the best fit for her skills. During her schooling, she realized what an amazing field she had chosen and then decided she would strive to work with those who desire rehabilitation from accidents and other medical, emotional and traumatic injuries through intuitive massage techniques integrated with neuromuscular, deep tissue, myofascial, reflexology, facilitated stretching and adaptive swedish. She also practices sports massage, prenatal, and has experience with headaches and migraines. whiplash, and rotator cuff injuries and other medical modalities. Her goal in this career is to not make a living, but to make a life doing what gives her purpose.

Nikki P

My name is Nikki Pelletier, I have been a licensed and nationally certified massage therapist since 2009, upon graduating from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy.  I specialize in deep tissue, sports massage, and trigger point therapy in order to provide my clients with the most benefits within a single session.  Since each body is different, it is important to integrate these different physical techniques, addressing the body's individual needs.  I find that the body is more receptive to healing when there is a balance between the mind, body, and spirit, and I assist my clients to reach this connection by centering myself and listening to the body as a whole, allowing my intuition to guide me.  My goal is to assist each client in his/her own personal healing process, allowing the body to relax and be open to receiving.

A long time resident of Colorado, Palynn first discovered her passion for bodywork in grade school while studying anatomy. Being an avid learner she decided to continue her studies at Metropolitan State University, focusing on integrative healthcare. Still yearning for more knowledge of homeopathic healing techniques, she chose to pursue her passion for the human body through massage therapy at the Berkana Institute of Massage. It was here she began honing her skills and building her own repertoire of healing techniques, focusing on the deep tissue, triggerpoint, Sweedish and sports modes of massage. At the core of Palynn’s beliefs is that massage is a powerful vessel for guiding the body back into it’s natural equilibrium. Our bodies are quite unique and innately intelligent in their desires. Palynn believes in a tailored individual approach that listens to what the body is trying to convey in order to restore balance. In her free time she enjoys, hiking and camping throughout Colorado’s Rocky Mountains, sharpening her skills in henna bodyart, and long walks on the beach at sunset.

Rachel plans to keep on taking more continuing education to further expand her career because the world of Massage Therapy is endless and you can never stop learning.  In her free time she loves to travel, see live music, and hang with her dogs.

Now, after doing massage for 3 years she realized that massage is such a big part of the peoples’ lives she has helped. RheAnnon's style of massage is a range from Swedish, shiatsu, deep tissue, and sports massage. She customizes each massage to fit your needs therapeutically.

Sarah W.

A little over three years ago, I decided I wanted to make my life, and the lives of those around me, better. I did some brainstorming, some introspection, and once it came to me, I immediately enrolled at the Nevada School of Massage Therapy, and moved to Denver shortly after graduating. More recently, for continuing education I received my Myofascial Release 1 certification. I am at my best professionally when I feel like I am solving some sort of problem, or puzzle. For this reason, I enjoy deeper work, for tension and pain relief. I incorporate sports stretching, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and structural integration, to ensure my approach is as comprehensive and balanced as possible. When deep or specific work isn’t needed or desired, giving a relaxing Swedish massage experience is always a beneficial balance. My work helps to lessen headaches, reduce neck and shoulder tension, as well as reduce and manage low back and hip pain and tension. For funsies, I’ve been trying to stay regular at my deep stretching/yin yoga. I always feel better after I’ve done it, and the practice helps me get in a meditation mindset. I also recently picked up boulder (so far only indoor), and its been great fun. Its helped to increase my forearm and hand strength, so that’s a bonus right there.

Sasha attended the Berkana Institute of Massage Therapy in Denver, where she graduated as valedictorian in 2013.
Her personal style of massage is an integrative blend of therapeutic treatment and relaxation; aimed at addressing the body as a whole rather than separate parts.  Using her strong knowledge of anatomy and a wide range of pressure and depth, she fluidly transitions between different modalities including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and active and passive stretching techniques to create a massage that is both work of art and therapeutically effective.
Whether you are seeking chronic pain relief, recovering from injury, or simply looking to relax she will create a unique session or treatment plan specifically tailored to your needs.
Originally from Mpls, MN; she transplanted to the mountains near Aspen, CO in 2002 before relocating to Denver in 2014. When she is not practicing massage; you can find her enjoying the outdoors, going to live music or creating mixed media art and jewelry in her studio.

For the past five years of Tesla’s massage therapy career she has developed a strong intuition for the human body through personal struggles presenting themselves, seeking natural healthy ways to deal with these struggles and implementing them in life so positive change can emerge. Tesla has studied under some of Denver’s most highly qualified professionals at Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado and continues to work with healers of many types to provide a holistic approach to caring for the body. Massage Therapy has been much more than a luxury for her, it has been a means of expression, a necessity, and a way of life. It’s far too easy to get wrapped up in our busy modern world, and we easily forget that taking care of our body and mind should be above all. She seeks to co-create a treatment plan so that all of her client’s goals for receiving massage can be met. After several sessions, she can identify massage techniques that will be beneficial to accomplishing your goals and discuss self care methods so that you receive the most from every massage session. Over time she truly hopes to guide each person into being more present with themselves, so that life’s journey can be much more fulfilling. She is dedicated to helping individuals get their bodies back to a natural stress-free and pain-free state. Tesla specializes in Deep Tissue, Thai, Structural Integration, Neuromuscular Therapy and many other fascinating massage therapy techniques. When she is not healing her fellow Earth-dwellers, Tesla loves going to music festivals, crafting, and practicing yoga. Since becoming a massage practitioner, yoga has been one of her best tools for learning to take moments to detach from the stress of the world. It also keeps her intuition fine-tuned, and shows her that when the body and mind connect, a person can experience amazing healing.

She has also completed additional certifications in yoga anatomy and Thai yoga massage, which gave her a deeper understanding of the body's optimal alignment and tools to cultivate lasting change in the body.

In her classes, you will find a space designed for surrender. Whether you are a beginning student or an experienced yogi, powerful, alignment-focused holds and creative sequencing encourage students to step away from the struggle, cultivating balance, stability and flexibility.

One of Aly's best qualities is her ability to adapt to different environments and situations, while maintaining her unique individuality.  Her optimistic and playful attitude for life is based from her philosophy of living abundantly and continually lifting the quality of life.  Her happiness and positive outlook is contagious and shows in her teachings. Whether you're in the mood to wind down and let go in a slow/restorative session, break each pose down and get clear understanding, or power up and move in your yoga practice, Aly will bring exactly what you need to your mat. She is experienced in teaching many styles of yoga and wants you to feel open and free in your practice. The possibilities are endless if you simply say YES!

Arynn, RYT is on a mission: a mission to share the joy of yoga. Originally, yoga introduced itself to her in 2009 while she was a modern dance performer. After transforming herself from an overstressed dancer into a human who could finally experience peace & healing, she began her unapologetic love affair with yoga. By early 2012, she was living in sunny Arizona and training to receive her yoga certification. Arynn’s yogic teaching influences include: Anusara-inspired alignment, Vinyasa flow, Power yoga, Yin and a specialty focus in Yoga Therapy for anxiety, stress alleviation and PTSD symptom management. Nowadays, yoga is one of her daily cravings. Every ounce of her being is passionate about sharing a yoga practice that is aligned with her clients' personal, physical & lifestyle goals. In an overstimulating, stress-filled world, Arynn truly believes everybody deserves some delicious yoga in their life. So whether you want to turn your mat into a playground for upside-down poses, cultivate inner strength, enhance kinesthetic awareness, cross-train, increase flexibility or simply find a safe space for self-care, she is here to facilitate. Her current clients describe her as having a uniquely therapeutic voice that is helpful for restorative visualizations and meditations at the end of practice. Arynn would love to welcome you, at any level of experience, to come play with yoga, breathe deeply & find peace of mind on your mat.

Brittanie’s RYT roots in yoga are buried much deeper than her mat, and she looks at yoga as more of a lifestyle. When Brittanie first started doing yoga she was amazed by how much the short practice of yoga in the morning brought to her entire day. As she continued to do yoga, the practice started to transform her entire life and her connection to the brilliant universe around her. As she engulfed her entire being more into this harmonious practice, her flexibility and strength in her whole body continued to grow, bringing more strength and flexibility into her mind. Brittanie, always being a positive, fun, loving person, continues to watch her life become more amazing each day on and off of her mat. My practice of yoga is like a dance. My mat, my personal stage, to allow my body to naturally flow with the music of my breath. “The art of movement is beautiful, and I feel so very honored to be able to lead people through their own sacred dance.” Brittanie loves working to help harmonize the entire being, working to reestablish the the delicate connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Brittanie believes that optimal health starts with great posture awareness, the breath, and a smile. She brings this positive energy to every class she teaches. Grounded with a background in anatomy and the health sciences, Brittanie brings creativity, love, and an artistic perspective to her yoga flow. She resonates well with the chakra centers, and brings her knowledge to help better balance and realign these energy centers while teaching vinyasa style, posture-alignment based yoga designed to create flexibility and strength in the mind and body. Brittanie also is a Massage Therapist, and lives a holistic life.

Juliette has been a massage therapist since 2005 - She has studied many modalities including deep tissue, Esalen massage, reflexology, reiki, pre-natal, hot stone massage, thai yoga massage, chair massage, cranioscral therapy and the list continues to grow. She continues to learn and practice new ways of healing the body. Massage is a form of meditation for her. Being present with each and every client is crucial to deep healing and increasing freedom in the body. Juliette has practiced yoga and meditation for 20 years and has been teaching yoga for over a decade. It is another form of being present and creating space for others so that they realize their own path. The body never ever lies - Juliette listens to what every body says  and works with each client in a new and unique way.  She is here at Lodo massage to help, to heal, to be in the community of excellent therapists and clients. As Martha Graham says "The body is a sacred garment: it is what you enter life in and what you depart life with, and it should be treated with honour, and with joy and with fear as well. But always, though, with blessing." She loves spending time with her twin kids, her 'senior' dog,  hiking, traveling all over Colorado and  making new playlists.

Greetings to all! :) I received my yoga license in March 2016 in a small town within India. I love teaching in group settings as well as private yoga sessions. My passions are nature, painting, jewelry making, stand up paddle boarding, hiking, music, and exploring new vegan foods. I spend my summers working with kids of various ages teaching them outdoor activities (such as kayaking and paddle boarding), yoga, and art. I am going to school currently for Holistic Health and have experience with Wellness Coaching. I would love to see you in a private or group yoga session! If you're interested in a relaxing massage after a private yoga session, we can set that up because I am a massage therapist too! I hope all is well. :)

I have been a dedicated yoga practitioner for 13 years. My first six years of practice were Iyengar focused, from there I practiced Vinyasa which lead me to the amazing practice of Ashtanga Yoga.

I attended Body Yoga School in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 2012. My massage and bodywork background gave me a particular knack and fondness for specific adjustments. I then taught at Body as well as Santa Fe Community Yoga Center.

I later moved to Denver with my man :)

A private yoga session with me focuses on: Alignment, Yogic breath techniques (pranayama) and YOUR GOALS. I will cater our sessions to what you say as well as what I see in your body, so... don’t expect a cookie cutter class.

My goal for our session is for you to walk away with enhanced knowledge of your personal yogic body. I will offer you postures and techniques that will enhance your practice, either subtly or profound.
