Alicia had been a professional dancer/teacher in Modern Dance and Contemporary Ballet with over 25 years of experience performing and teaching on three continents and the Carribbean. Due to a spine injury and multiple dance injuries, Alicia sought treatment through Pilates and Massage Therapy. As her health improved, she felt the desire to help others. Alicia attended the Swedish Institute Massage Therapy Program in New York City and received an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in 2009 and state licensure for Massage Therapy in New York (2009) and Colorado (2013).
