Alicia had been a professional dancer/teacher in Modern Dance and Contemporary Ballet with over 25 years of experience performing and teaching on three continents and the Carribbean. Due to a spine injury and multiple dance injuries, Alicia sought treatment through Pilates and Massage Therapy. As her health improved, she felt the desire to help others. Alicia attended the Swedish Institute Massage Therapy Program in New York City and received an Associate Degree in Occupational Studies in 2009 and state licensure for Massage Therapy in New York (2009) and Colorado (2013). Her continuing education includes being certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and trained in CranioSacral Therapy (CST1) through the Upledger Institute. She is also a Certified Pilates Instructor through the Kane School of Core Integration.

Zalina has been practicing massage therapy for ten years. She pursued a degree in Occupational Studies with a concentration in Spa Therapy from Boulder College of Massage Therapy, and began working in spas. In her early years she did therapy with high class professionals, mostly athletes, working with national sports teams, including the Denver Broncos. She has spent time volunteering, donating her time as well as offering affordable massage to the local community. She has also worked alongside doctors in medical clinics and in luxury hotels. She enjoys promoting physical health and practicing spiritual healing. Her style is integrative and she offers a wide range of techniques, focused on physical manipulation and relaxation.
