Massage Therapist

Haley

My curiosity surrounding Complementary Medicine began at an early age with the intent of gaining control over my health through balance. My interest in my own health, guided me into studying Integrative Health Care on the Pre-Nursing track in 2017, in my home city of Denver, CO. In 2018, I made the decision to complement my education with Massage Therapy at The Berkana Institute, where my fascination with the complexities of our physical and emotional beings grew.

I truly enjoy connecting with people through touch and geeking out over Anatomy with anyone who is willing to participate. I enjoy working with and learning from all bodies. Most of my body work has been focused around new and expecting mothers and fathers, injury prevention and recovery, and Somatic Therapy for Mental Wellness.

I am fascinated with the tenacity of the human body. Massage Therapy has become a service that I love to provide for my community, as well as a powerful embodiment practice for myself. I look forward to working with you and offering you a Therapeutic Integrative Massage!

Massage Therapist

Jessica M.

I discovered my love of body-based therapy in 2014 during a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at Three Sisters Yoga in Manhattan. After that certification I went on to teach yoga in New York, Colorado and Costa Rica. I am relentlessly passionate about the study of holistic healing through somatics and I learned so much about powerful space holding and teaching skills from my time as a yoga teacher.

After completing my Bachelor's degree in New York City, I went on to graduate from the Colorado School of Healing arts in June of 2017 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. During the 700 hour program at CSHA, I studied modalities such as Swedish, Deep-tissue, Neuromuscular and Sports massage. I also completed a specialty certification in pre-natal massage to honor my love and admiration of the divine feminine.
In March of 2017 I completed The Prison Yoga Project Training with James Fox where I studied trauma-informed yoga therapy and learned to work with incarcerated, institutionalized and heavily stressed populations. I also completed training in Trauma Touch Therapy at Colorado School of Healing Arts. In June 2017 I received my Level I and II Reiki certification to facilitate healing of the energetic body. I received an additional 200-hour Yoga Teaching certification in the specialty of Hot and Hot Power Fusion Yoga through Core Power Yoga in Boulder, Colorado in December of 2017.

I have been in somatic counseling for 4 years which has deeply impacted not only my own personal growth but also influences how I work with clients. I have studied Ecstatic dance with the power house Malaika Darville and tantra with the deeply divine duo Homa and Mukto and both of these practices define my work. I recently completed my Revelation breathwork certified facilitator training and love incorporating power breathwork techniques into my various offerings. I have also studied at the “school of life” and pull from my own experience and the deep knowledge I have acquired over the years when working with clients. I am constantly learning, expanding and deepening my knowledge to be the most effective and transformative catalyst for my community.

Massage Therapist

Kim

Kim is a licensed massage therapist whose life purpose emerged through a traumatic, life-altering, car accident in 2008. Massage therapy tended to Kim"s physical and emotional trauma, when no other therapy addressed both issues together. Since graduating from Wellspring School of Allied Health in 2013, she has actively sought out new ways to heal the mind and body as a whole by taking advanced courses for trauma, muscle testing, neuromuscular, and manual lymphatic drainage. While educated and trained in all of these modalities, she ultimately she found her passion in lymphatic drainage and trigger point work. Through this approach, all layers of muscle tissue, as well as inflammation, are addressed and the whole body is renewed with a sense of homeostasis. Kim's favorite things in life are camping, hiking & fishing in the mountains with her fiancé and crafting, cooking, or reading a good book on a rainy day.
